If you're running a tmux script based on https://github.com/strands-project/strands_systems/blob/hydro-devel/strands_bringup/scripts/start.sh be SURE that you remove mon_nav_config_file:=$(rospack find strands_recovery_behaviours)/config/monitored_nav_config.yaml from line 37. It looks like this loading does not work. That is already the default argument anyway, so you're safe to do the launch without it. I will make a PR removing it
