using new v4r structure... include multiview object recognnizer from ICRA paper #78

I suppose this needs https://github.com/strands-project/v4r/pull/6 merged first? Also, this cannot be merged automatically, so you'll have to resolve conflicts locally first.

Yes, it depends on the new V4R structure. I fixed the conflicts in the two table_segmentation files by using the newer ones from the strands-project. If I understand git correct, you should be able to merge it automatically now

same here, we need to establish proper testing procedure and release this at some point, but for now I'm generous ;-)
