First set of Admin Pages #102

  1. Build out AdminLayout, inheriting from FullLayout(check DashboardLayout for example)
  2. Ensure any icons worked with have their fill property on the top svg element
  3. Build out /admin/applications/verifications and /admin/applications/tutors with dummy data(with VerificationEntity and TutorRequestEntity)
  4. For the table, we have a base component SofaTable(check for usage to see examples)
