I've made a couple attempts to fix this, the first of which failed. Because there is a horizontal seam between the body and the inlet plate, there is often a small gap that the diaphragm can get stuck in. It's not a breaking issue since it will only get stuck on one side allowing it to let air by, but it would be nice if it didn't do that since it may reduce airflow.
