Add some basic add_avatar_url functionality to support this functionality

Thanks for contributing to this project, I have recently started helping to maintain this plugin. There is now a conflict with this file, I'm assuming that because of the age of your Pull Request things are out of sync.

Could you please resubmit your Pull Request. Please do not change the name, author of the plugin when submitting a Pull Request. Any PR that get's submitted outside of the maintenance team will be attributed accordingly in our changelog of that release.

Thanks so much. I am going to close this PR so you can resubmit a new one if you're still interested.
