Accepted Credit Card Types setting doesn't save when none selected. #685

The setting found under 'Payment Settings' in the WordPress dashboard isn't saving correctly.

If you deselect all Credit Card Types, it defaults back to Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover being selected.

A user raised this issue as they did not want to accept any credit cards for their WordPress membership site.

If a user doesn't want to accept any Credit Cards, they should modify their payment gateway to use Check or an offsite gateway like PayPal Express. What is the use case for a core gateway and no credit cards?

This is when using PayPal Express for example, user's just want to disable the "Credit Cards" wording on checkout when they have an offsite gateway. Image attached for reference:
