Missing Currency in the updated pricing after a coupon is applied #90

Steps:

  1. Add coupon and apply it.

Expected: The #pmpro_level_cost sentence, which is updated via jquery call, should have the currency in it.

Actual: No currency ($) is shown.

Confirmed. Going to have this fixed in next update.
