Email Templates Integration When Sending Test Email.

Describe the bug The variables included in the Approvals email templates do not get converted to values when sending test email from the Email Templates Admin Editor Add On.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Email Templates Admin Editor.
2. Choose an Approval email template
3. Send a test email.

Expected behavior We should replace the variables with test data in that template.

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• [x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• [x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
• [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

This needs to be retested with PMPro core as Email Templates has now been merged in and updated.
