Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

Adds support for the Approvals Add On. Members that have not been approved won't show up in the directory.

Resolves #71 .

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

Set up a level that requires approval and allows for member directory access
Checkout with that level but don't approve the member
They should not show up in the directory until they've been approved
