The Auto Renewal Checkbox plugin has a copy of the old CONPD code in it. #21

The Auto Renewal Checkbox (and maybe other add ons if we can remember) has a copy of the old cancel on next payment date gist in its code.

We need to either update the code in ARC as well or remove it and recommend also activating CONPD. The latter makes sense especially since CONPD will eventually be merged into the core PMPro plugin.

ARC has been updated to ignore it's own "cancel on next payment code" if CONPD is active.

We still need to add the notice.
