Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

Updates the readme for better discoverability for .org. Also includes "paidmembershipspro" .org user as a contributor.

I updated the keywords and title and description as well as the installation instructions.

Added our default "This is for PMPro" message as well as UTM tracking to links.
