I removed the change to remove the Level Cost Text for donation-only levels. I think we need to show something in the level cost text for a donation-only level, but it is not clear what. When we figure out what needs to be shown, we can make this change. Until then, sites should use the Custom Level Cost Text Add On to customize level cost texts for donation-only levels.
