Allow group admins to flexibly add / remove seats, with their monthly fee adjusted accordingly

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, group admins must set the number of seats in the initial checkout process. It is not possible for them to add new seats or remove them after that point, unless they totally cancel their membership then sign up again (which causes issues for connected child accounts, as they would lose access and each need to manually enrol again too).

This is a major issue for us, preventing us from being able to use group accounts at all at the moment. Our partner schools are always hiring or losing teachers, and have very tight budgets so do not want to be paying for any empty seats.

Describe the solution you'd like We would like group admins to have a simple "adjust number of seats" function on their finances dashboard (maybe a Gutenburg block for this would be great, or have it automatically included in the membership levels block). This would be a simple text box, and by default be filled with their current number of seats (e.g. "20" if they are paying for 20 seats at the moment). They could easily just change this number and click "confirm" to adjust the number of seats. Their recurring membership fee would be adjusted pro-rata accordingly.

Describe alternatives you've considered The only alternative right now is for group admins to totally cancel their membership, then set it up again from scratch with the new number of seats - which really is not at all user friendly.
