Discount code marks as used when PayPal Express checkout is not completed for any reason

To Replicate:

• Activate PMPro & the Group Discount Codes Add-On
• Set gateway to PayPal Express
• Run a test checkout, be it for a new user or a renewal/upgrade/downgrade for an existing member using one of the discount codes you created - DO NOT COMPLETE THE CHECKOUT ONCE TAKEN TO PAYPAL
• Open a new browser and try to checkout using the same discount code you made use of in the previous step
• You should get an error saying the discount code has been used even though checkout was not completed when you first tried to use it
