Feature Request: Limit posts for life #20

Currently, LPV can be used to set page view limits daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

Some users may want more control over this time period, such as only ever giving a viewer access to a certain number of articles and not having that number reset, or maybe having it reset every 10 days (for example). Perhaps this could be accomplished using a filter?

Somewhat related to issue #24 however the PR #32 might resolve this, allowing you to grant access based on user specific parameters.
