Levels attribute returns no results

Describe the bug Adding in the levels attribute ( levels=”3,4″ ) results in no results being added at all.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add the shortcode [pmpro_membership_maps levels=”3,4″] to a page
2. Members will level 3 and 4 should display
3. No markers show on the map
4. Removing this attribute displays all markers as expected.

Expected behavior Adding in the shortcode attribute should only show members with that specific level

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• [x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• [x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
• [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.

WordPress Environment PMPro 2.7.5 Membership Maps 0.3 MMPU 0.8.1

Re-tested this on Maps 0.4 and can't replicate on a clean install. We're going to keep this open though and test with Imported users though - that might have caused issues with something along the way
