german translation for MMPU #104

a first approach for introducing a german translation for MMPU

you might want to discard changes in email.php completely since these fit my personal needs but the problem with an invalid checkout_id when using PayPalExpress persists.

Thanks again. This PR is out of date. After our next update, updated .po/mo files for the german language would be appreciated. We will look for contributors to help with this.
