Detect when PayFast is active #19

This notice from PayFast at checkout even when a different gateway option is chosen -

"NOTE: if changing a subscription it may take a minute or two to reflect. Please also login to your PayFast account to ensure the old subscription is cancelled."

We should detect when PayFast is set to the active gateway and only show related information not on activation.
