Initial Commit, minor bug fixes.

Adjusted some code as there was an incorrect check statement, commented it out for now - https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-payfast/commit/025f930d02a96c28014bd5b8a0e0f1bbde40dce2

'token' is required for subscription payments and does not exist for single one-time payments. Would cause issues for recurring levels and once-off levels.
