Adds a confirmation popup when trying to remove a member on the Membership Account page

Resolves #112

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

Sign up for a Sponsored level, fill out the recipients details
Once done, go to the Membership Account page
Try and remove the member - you'll have to confirm this first
