Describe the bug The extra seat cost text displays $0 even when a seat_cost is set.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a sponsor level and a child level with a non-zero seat cost.
2. Checkout for sponsor level
3. Scroll down to purchase extra seats section
4. See extra seat cost listed as 0

Expected behavior Actual seat cost is displayed

Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):

• [x] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only Paid Memberships Pro plugin is active.
• [x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Memberlite.
• [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
