Fee for free child account being shown in Member List #60

The ‘Fee’ column in the Member List for the newly created child accounts report what is configured within the membership level and not what was configured within the add on

e.g. child membership level fee is set at £25 but child account seat cost is set to £0, the fee displayed in the Member List is £25, not £0.
