Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

Removed the large report on single CPT edit and made a smaller widget view.
Moved the "sale status" message to the sidebar admin metabox
Added a toggle link to add banner CSS (now not showing it by default)
Accessible colors for contextual messages
Removed duplicate warning about the [sitewide_sales] shortcode missing.
