Won't save "anyone can register" setting on Register Window tab #25

I have the pro version of this (3 licenses), and am using it on a multi-site installation. Both locally and on a .com development server, I cannot change the setting "Anyone Can Register". Somehow when I first set this up locally, I had enabled it, which is preferred. But on my .com development server, I cannot enable it. And strangely - I cannot disable it locally anymore. For whatever reason, toggling that button and hitting "Save Changes" makes it appear as if it is working, but when you refresh the admin section, and go back to the Register Window tab, it reverts to the the old value.

Bump. This is critical for using this plugin.

looks like this was my error because "anyone can register" needs to be network active in multisite.
