Deprecated configure filename #25

Thanks for your new release!

The use of 'configure.in' with automake is deprecated and will not be supported in future versions of automake. Please consider migrating to 'configure.ac' instead. As far as I know simply renaming configure.in to configure.ac should do the trick.
