Todo list:

[x] Init base Strapi 5 changes
[x] Merge Redcron into this package since it won't be maintained anymore by it's original maintainer
[ ] Clean up documentation prior to Strapi 5 release
[ ] Run testing on Redis/Redlock on latest Strapi 5 RC

@derrickmehaffy do you need a hand migrating this asap? We've got a lot of focus and time to support on this (as plugin upgrades are necessary for many project upgrades! 😁 )

At this point it's basically just documentation on this plugin. The REST cache is where I'll need some help especially on the frontend
