Release notes examples

This PR adds 2 examples of release notes:

• a basic version, similar to what we have in the GitHub release notes
• a very detailed version, which lists all the files changed and even displays updated images side-by-side

Note: Release notes were autogenerated by a Python script (not provided in the PR)
