This PR:

reenables Algolia search
tweaks the Kapa AI bot button
as an experiment, removes the GitHub link from top nav, as it's already in the footer + repeated at the bottom of each page — this makes for a more consistent experience: the right side of the top nav is now only for "buttons"
swaps some top nav elements through CSS (and not through docusaurus.config.js as Algolia search component is hard-coded to be pushed on the right)
