What does it do?
Exit beta so we can release the real 5.0.0 version
Why is it needed?
We accidentally released 5.0.0-beta under the "latest" tag on npm. And now that it's working properly at generating strapi v5 templates, we might as well release it and get it working as a full release under the correct label, so we don't have to lean on so many "beta" workarounds like the one being merged here
How to test it?
Provide information about the environment and the path to verify the behaviour.
