Next-corporate Install fails @frontend unable to resolve dependency tree

Command used: npx create-strapi-starter mysite3 next-corporate

Same, ran into this while giving a try :(

Using:

• NPM: 9.1.2
• Node: 18.12.1
• Python 3.11

Setup steps:

1. npx create-strapi-starter my-site next-corporate
2. Custom (manual settings)
   1. Language: Typescript
   2. DB Client: mysql
   3. Database Name: (database name)
   4. host: 127.0.0.1
   5. port: 3306
   6. (username)
   7. (password)
   8. Enable SSL: Yes
3. Backend installed successfully. Exception thrown right at the start of the Frontend setup.
