Zoom to Unit. #3

[Wishlist/comments off the back of our recent converstion and KM/JST user testing.] If you doubleclick on a unit/group in the matrix, it might be very useful if the information panel took you to that unit (or perhaps if an hover-over information panel popped-up).

Yes it is meant to be doing this, will look into why info panel is not updating

Clicking a context, subgroup, group or phase in the diagram now shows the details of that item in the information panel on the right
