Units which are above must stay above. #6

[Wishlist/comments off the back of our recent converstion and KM/JST user testing.] I think it is important that units/groups which are stratigraphically above other units/groups cannot be dragged by hand (or auto-laid out so that they are below the same). It's a Harris fundamental I think.

If 'Context A before (<) Context B' then a warning should be triggered if you (re)position an Edge line so the end date of an Edge (A-edge-B) is temporally earlier (before) on the diagram than it's start date.

Will look into possibilities on restricting dynamic dragging, we could add a rule to the validation to flag up where this occurs
