Should stratisd be automatically started after package install? #235

Currently, after installing the RPM packages for stratisd and stratis-cli, the daemon itself needs to be manually started, via "systemctl start stratisd"

Should the daemon be automatically started after the package install?

(As a side question, to auto-start the daemon on startup, it is necessary to run "systemctl enable stratisd". Should this be automatically enabled after package install?)

A subquestion of this question is whether we should edit the specfile to restart stratisd after a package upgrade. That would be a less surprising action.
