These are all completed. pyudev is failing on f39 as well as f40, and so something will have to be done about that, regardless. Note that we really should have done this about 3 months ago, and so I guess I'm relieved that it made no difference whatsoever that we didn't, as it would not have given us advance notice of pyudev failure, and f40 succeeds on every other repo.
