Address allowed use of deprecated flock function #3582

In future version of the nix library it will be removed and the Flock struct and impl will be made available instead.

Postpone until https://github.com/nix-rust/nix/issues/2356 is resolved.

This has been fixed in Nix 0.29.0:) please bump Nix to the latest version.
