Can't load blockchain and access to the wallet. Application freezes!

Can you give us a little bit more information? What do you mean the application freezes? Which version of OS X are you running?

If you are able to start the wallet, can you click the green/red circle in the bottom right corner and tell me how many blocks are synced?

Hi, I'm terribly sorry. I am not a computer programmer or software guy. I just know that when I open up the Stratis wallet where I have somewhere around 900 strat the wallet does not let me go anywhere the Stratis start screen stays stuck in the middle unless I hide it and you can clearly see in the screenshots that the following window after opening of Stratis (while still pending the "LOADING BLOCK INDEX"), I says in red that the program is not synced or something strange. The background also says that there are O Strat in the account, now, while I can only assume this is because I am clearly NOT logged I can't stop freaking!??!?! Where the hell did my strat go!?!?!

I sincerely hope this all makes sense to some degree as I find it difficult to make sense of it myself all I know is that the majority of my start was bought through Changelly with Ethereum that I had bought weeks prior, I have receipts from both deposits into Changelly from Coinbase and Coinbase deposits into the Strat Wallet, as well as Changelly Transfer confirmation PDF's of amounts transferred into the Strat Wallet used.

I hope this all makes sense. Thank you to anyone out there reading this!!! Please comment!

This is actually our Qt wallet, the repository is located here: https://github.com/stratisproject/stratisX Nevertheless, let's solve this.

Please close your wallet, then navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Stratis. Easy way to do this is in Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder and type ~/Library/Application Support/Stratis Now in this folder DO NOT delete your wallet.dat file. That contains all your funds. Delete the rest of the folder and start your wallet again. Make sure you do NOT delete wallet.dat.

I deleted everything at least 10 times over prior to me messaging you, but I Still have my Seed code words. Please tell me something good!! I also a login page inside the platform where I could input a seed but I am not sure if it was either to create a NEW seed or to login back to my old account...

Ok I was able to log back into a

"Watch Only",

version of My old account where I can visibly see the 950 Strat in my account. I have my password and seed code for the old account. How to I move it over to an account that I can actively manage?

I still have not figured out how to get my old strat account that is only viewable to open into an active account. The thing that is strange to me is that both my new and old wallet have the same seed sentences. When I try to open a new account using the "NEW/RECOVER" tab it will prompt me to input the old seed, but then will never highlight the grayed out "NEXT" button once I am done typing the sentence out; it's almost as if the seed is incorrect or it needs to be longer, but that is impossible since I typed it in correctly letter for letter.

How many words does the seed contain? 12? Then it really should work.

What steps do you follow? Should be: File -> New/Restore -> Enter wallet name -> Standard wallet -> I already have a seed -> Enter seed and you should be good to go.

So I put the 12 word seed but a wallet with no funds comes up....The first wallet above is the View only version that I was able to view through the old address that I had from the Changelly purchase.

@seancirilo at the "addresses" tab, can u see that the addresses that you're watching in wallet_1 are also in wallet_3?

No! I don't see it!!! Oh man.. I'm so man at myself right now. I plan on holding it, but his in itself makes me too anxious... should I hire someone to hack it out for me? Can I ever retrieve my money?

I'm terribly sorry for passing this burden on to you. What is your title and what do you do? Are you a developer or a Cryptographer for these applications?

I'm afraid you're using the wrong seed to recover your wallet. Have u written down any others? The fact that it generates different addresses makes me quite sure.
