Only boots if you use 615 drivers Unfortunately you need a Bethesda account to play Screenshot_20221211-154222_Skyline Screenshot_20221211-154218_Skyline

Pre-made save files can work around the bethesda account requirement, bethesda account sign in requirement was also removed from later versions of the game IIRC
