Graphics errors

The transition between screens when entering the game menu or exiting any level is not correct. There is a zoomed-in image of the menu when it should be a transition with a darkening screen.

The most common graphical errors are:

In some levels climbing stairs or looking around with the camera causes a blur with dark screen and a green line as in chapter 3 episode 9
