Do you mind sharing your settings and device? On mine the game boots only 1 out of 5 times. When it does boot it seems to work mostly. Had it crash once going into settings.

The other four times it fails to launch it either stops on the Jupiter logo or when the loading animation (four boxes in the bottom right) are going around. With performance stats on you can slowly watch the +/- drop to 0 before it freezes.

@MichaelRPowell you use edge or mainline version of skyline? in edge 16 it was working but have that fail of running correctly because of races
