[req] Integrate weblog export to MISP #2

Integrate weblog export to MISP to be able to export a selected set of logs to MISP for sharing. A misp-object definition might be needed to support the weblog format.

Thanks. First, we will analyze the PyMISP to see how we can collaborate. But something already defined is that we will generate some files in the MISP format directly from ManaTI and then, they can be easily imported in MISP.
