Problem logging errors from IDMEFv2 file #1033

commit c2fb60a669f38e4287a3a6c4062fc0174727d2b2 command: ./slips.py -e 1 -f CTU-Normal-48/Day1

"IDMEFv2 Validation failure" is not logged to errors.log, instead, "[EvidenceHandler] NoneType: None" this is printed to errors.log and cli
