Several tasks to get spot lights implemented

be able to look through the selected objects in the viewport (and display camera name in viewport)
add spot light code to the GLSL spot light generator to light scene based on light attributes
add shadow map rendering pass and incorporate into shadow code

I updated panel to allow looking through other cameras as well as a selected light. I can already add spot lights, move them around, and control their basic attributes. I now need to modify the renderer to support simple shadow maps.
