finishes braiins sv2 content migration

This PR pulls in the remaining content from braiins' sv2 webpages into stratum protocol.org , moved a couple things around to match our formatting:

1. From "Intro":
   • Added "Security, efficiency, flexibility, and decentralization" sections to the Implementation under Design Goals (this was the page with the least content and didn't want to make another tab just for these, they didn't seem to fit anywhere else)
   • Moved FAQ content to a new "FAQ" tab
2. From "Compare":
   • Added All Sv2 Comparison paragraphs as answers to FAQ Tab Questions
   • Added "Brief History of Mining Protocols" section to bottom of FAQ as seperate section
3. From "SV2Docs:Extensions":
   • Added Extensions section to bottom of features watch braiins layout
4. From "Terminology":
   • Created separate "Terminology" tab with all terminology content. Not sure if we actually want a tab for this, but wanted to get all the content moved over.
