Localization of stratumprotocol.org #189

For a lot of miners, language barrier is a big issue towards understanding Stratum V2 and why it matters. We should ensure to translate stratumprotocol.org in Chinese, Russian and other regions where there's a lot of mining activity to ensure accesability of technology and knowledge to anyone.

Since we're still doing a lot of changes on the website itself, I recommend kick start actual translation activity and community outreach for help once we're done with #186 and similar issues when the new update is up, however we can start discussing best ways to do localization technically right now, any thoughts on how we can implement localization?

Basically you'd be translating the Markdown files and putting them in a locale folder (e.g. de or it)

It hasn't been resolved yet. @0xSaksham, but may be worth coordinating with @omerskywalker, but if you already have an idea how to tackle, feel free to ship a PR.
