this PR reorganizes the sequence of slides, for a few reasons:
put supporters as second slide, during project intro
put prerequisites in the beginning, so people use the conference wifi for downloading dependencies (and avoid blowing up the hotspot data plan downloading Rust, etc)
present TP before Pool+JDS and JDC+tProxy, allowing JDS and JDC to be introduced in sequence
adds a slide with instructions for mempool.space (still temporarily set as X.Y.Z.W)
