Move Main menu and search options to the top right. #1122

Add an option or move the Main menu and search options from the bottom left to top right. so that the bottom bar can be completely removed and it will give a much cleaner look for the app.

Most phones are too large to have the menu at the top, this would be impractical. Similar to #916.
