Update FAQ for Wear OS #533

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes on WearOS (on first install), the loading (blue circle) never stops. Even after a few minutes, nothing is updated in the app.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Restart the watch.
  2. Restart the phone.
  3. Open the app, wait for a few seconds. It should automatically sync now.

Additional context Observed on Galaxy Watch 4. Installed directly from WearOS app store.
