Update to latest version #14

Hi,

It would be cool to update this version of ID to the latest upstream version (currently 2.2.1) from 1.8.5. The improvements include the usual bug fixes but also a bunch of usability fixes as well as access to more up to date digital globe imagery.

I would be willing to do the work, does strava have any feels about this? @mlerner @slloyd @stravams

Also, is there a page to see what access you have to a repo github? I can't find it anywhere, but it looks like I can't do anything :/

How to add a 'Key-Pair-Id query parameter'?

I also add @bhousel from @openstreetmap . He may be able to add additional ideas...
