Opera CDN URL keeps changing #11

Opera being purchased by a chinese company and now integrating an odd VPN service is a bit strange and potentially concerning.

Fixed this issue.

In this case I think i'd transition my support for Opera from Deploying/Updating to removing. Though we always provide Deploy/Update/Remove even for applications you primarily would just want to remove: Teamviewer, MalwareBytes, CCleaner, WinZIP, WinRAR, etc. So i think in this case, because we already have support added, that it should stay to provide organizations a path to at least remove Opera.

I don't know what my thoughts are yet on when an app should be removed from C3 Patch
