ReadMe does not contain link to C3 Patch content #15

This is the home for C3 Patch. It does not currently contain any of the actual patch content but is instead the home for issue tracking, information about C3 Patch, and the way to find out about build information.

So where is the actual patch content? Why not provide a link to it?

Seems like this is true for all of the C3 repos. They could all point to their other content location on BigFix.Me or wherever as well.

This has been fixed for this repo but a couple of the repos don't have ANY readme.md yet so i'll keep this open until its been resolved for ALL C3 Repos
